What's On Board Largo Buses
Party buses in the 15- to 50-passenger range typically come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound seating that keeps the group together from first stop to last. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos work well for smaller groups, with USB charging at every seat, individual reading lights, and tinted privacy windows. Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage storage, onboard restrooms, WiFi, reclining seats, and overhead bins — everything a longer haul from Largo to Tampa or Orlando actually requires.
Amenities vary by vehicle, so comparing options through the website before you commit is the right move.

Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System

Built-in Bar Areas With Cup Holders and Storage

Compare Largo Party Bus Prices for Any Group
Party bus and charter bus pricing in Largo varies based on vehicle size, your date, and how long you need the bus. One Quick Search, Every Largo Party Bus Option
Coordinating group transportation in Largo means navigating some of the most reliably congested roads in all of Pinellas County. US-19 backs up in both directions from morning through evening peak hours, Ulmerton Road (SR-688) stacks up badly at every major intersection during beach season, and East Bay Drive can grind to a crawl when a weekend event draws crowds to the surrounding area. Splitting your group across multiple cars doesn't solve any of that — it multiplies every problem, adds a parking scramble at every stop, and guarantees that someone arrives late every single time.
One bus handles all of it. Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com makes finding that one bus fast: submit a single form, compare vehicle types and all-inclusive rates from multiple providers at once, and narrow your options based on your headcount, date, and itinerary. No calling around.
No tracking down quotes that don't line up. No guessing about what's actually available on a Clearwater Jazz Holiday weekend or during the last week of Spring Training.
The website connects you to party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans serving Largo, Pinellas County, and the entire Tampa Bay region. Call 727-627-0790 to get started, or use the online form for results in seconds!

Largo Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Largo sits directly between the two airports most Pinellas County groups use, and both come with their own logistics wrinkles. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) (14700 Terminal Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762) is the closest option — just minutes from Largo's eastern edge via Roosevelt Boulevard — and its ground-level arrivals setup is relatively straightforward, with baggage claim exits directly to the lower-level curbside pickup area. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is roughly 20 miles northeast via SR-60 East, a run that looks manageable on a map but regularly turns into a crawl during weekday rush hour on the Howard Frankland Bridge approaches and through the I-275 weave.
For groups arriving with luggage, a full-size charter bus or a Sprinter van with undercarriage storage handles bags without the car-per-person coordination chaos. The key at both airports: get the whole group assembled with luggage before contacting the operator, since commercial vehicles can't sit at the curb waiting. Detailed pickup logistics for both airports are in the guides at St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA).
Find airport transportation options and call 727-627-0790 to get your Largo airport shuttle set up!

Largo Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Bachelorette nights out of Largo almost always end up on Clearwater Beach or in St. Pete's downtown bar district — and both come with parking situations that make driving your own cars a poor choice on a Saturday night. Clearwater Beach parking fills up early on summer and fall evenings, and the Memorial Causeway back into the mainland can back up badly when bars let out. St. Pete's Central Avenue scene is walkable once you're there, but getting 20 people there and back through Pinellas County surface streets in multiple cars — or through surge-priced rideshare after midnight — adds up fast.
A 15- to 30-passenger party bus keeps the whole bachelorette crew together from the first toast to the last stop, with a built-in bar, color-changing LEDs, and Bluetooth sound already onboard. Route it from Largo through Clearwater Beach and down into downtown St. Pete with one vehicle handling every stop on your schedule. Find Clearwater bachelor and bachelorette transportation options and call 727-627-0790 to get started — weekend evenings during beach season book out quickly!

Largo Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival turns any birthday into an event — and for Quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in Largo's family-oriented neighborhoods, the entrance matters as much as the venue itself. Birthday party bus options seating 15 to 50 are available through the network, and you can request vehicle colors to match your event's theme when you put in your quote request.
Reception halls popular with Largo-area families for milestone celebrations are spread across the Clearwater and Pinellas Park corridor — a party bus running pickup circuits from home addresses to the venue door handles the logistics so the family can stay focused on the celebration rather than coordinating carpools. For adult milestone birthdays, the route might go from Largo through the Dunedin restaurant strip, hit a rooftop bar in Clearwater, and loop back without anyone figuring out who drives home. The 25-passenger party bus is a popular fit for medium-sized birthday groups, with the onboard setup that makes the ride itself part of the night.
Call 727-627-0790 to check availability and compare options for your date!

Largo Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Largo groups heading to major concert venues deal with a tight geographic radius but a real parking problem at almost every destination. The BayCare Sound at Coachman Park in Clearwater — a waterfront amphitheater that draws large crowds for touring acts across the summer and fall — sits just a few miles north on US-19, but street parking in the surrounding Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood fills up fast on show nights and the surrounding residential streets are enforced. The complete transportation guide covers drop-off and post-show pickup logistics there.
Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg (1 Tropicana Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33705) and Amalie Arena in Tampa (401 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602) are both within 30 minutes of Largo on a good traffic day and host major touring acts year-round. A concert bus takes the group straight to the venue entrance and picks everyone up when the show ends — no rideshare surge, no post-show scramble across a full parking lot on Dale Mabry or downtown St. Pete streets. Call 727-627-0790 to compare options for your show date!

Largo Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups in Largo have a legitimate commute problem. US-19 is one of the most congested surface corridors in all of Florida — FDOT data consistently places its Pinellas County segment among the highest-crash, highest-delay corridors in the region — and Ulmerton Road is not far behind during morning and evening peak hours. Shuttling a team between a Largo office park and a conference venue in Tampa or downtown St. Petersburg in separate cars costs everyone time and adds parking expenses at the destination that stack up fast.
A corporate shuttle found through Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com puts the whole team on one vehicle, cuts out per-car parking fees, and keeps the schedule tight without anyone relying on their own navigation through an unfamiliar route. Minibuses work well for executive transfers and smaller team-building groups. Full-size charter buses handle larger conventions and multi-location shuttle circuits across the Tampa Bay area.
Find corporate transportation options and call 727-627-0790 to discuss what recurring shuttle arrangements look like for your Largo team!

Largo Private Event Transportation Services
Private group events in Largo span a wide range — family reunions at Walsingham Park, graduation parties that hop between multiple Pinellas County venues, church retreats heading to the Gulf Coast, and large social gatherings where half the guest list doesn't know the area and the other half doesn't want to drive. US-19 and Ulmerton Road both slow to a crawl when a beach-season weekend overlaps with any kind of local event traffic, and asking guests to coordinate their own transportation through that is a recipe for late arrivals and scattered groups.
A private charter bus or party bus keeps the entire guest list on one vehicle and one schedule — the bus handles pickup at multiple addresses, drops everyone at the venue entrance, and returns when the event wraps. No one has to leave early to beat traffic, and no one misses the entrance because parking was full. Find private event transportation options and call 727-627-0790 to talk through your itinerary!

Largo Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Pinellas County high schools — including Largo High School, East Bay High School, and Seminole High School nearby — hold proms inside a compressed April and May window, and the party bus supply across the county tightens significantly once spring arrives. Groups that wait until February or March to start looking frequently find limited options and higher rates than groups that locked in during the fall or early winter.
A typical 6-hour prom package for 20–30 students — home or school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop at Walsingham Park or along the waterfront, venue drop-off, and an after-party return — is a common itinerary, but pricing swings significantly depending on lead time. To give you a sense of the difference: booking in November for an April date looks very different from calling in March when availability is already thin. For prom: book by January or expect limited options and higher rates.
Find Clearwater prom transportation options and call 727-627-0790 before the window closes!

Largo School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip organizers at Largo-area schools will appreciate how fast it is to compare bus sizes and all-inclusive pricing through Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com — one form gets you vehicle types and rates without calling every operator in Pinellas County individually. Field trip destinations popular with schools in this area include the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (249 Windward Passage, Clearwater, FL 33767), the Florida Aquarium in Tampa (701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602), and the Moccasin Lake Nature Park (2750 Park Trail Ln, Clearwater, FL 33759) just across the city line.
Full-size charter buses offer the practical advantages school groups actually need: overhead bins for backpacks and lunch bags, a PA system for chaperone announcements, onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer trips, and enough undercarriage storage for athletic equipment. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just mention it upfront when you request your quote. Find school trip transportation options and call 727-627-0790 to get your field trip logistics handled!

Largo Sporting Event Transportation
Largo sports fans are close to three major venues, and getting to all three involves traffic that rewards advance planning. Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg (1 Tropicana Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33705) is about 10 miles south, but game-day traffic on I-275 and downtown St. Pete surface streets fills the parking garages quickly, and Rays fans who arrive after gates open are often stuck in remote lots. Amalie Arena in Tampa (401 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602) hosts Lightning games and major concerts, with the Channelside District's limited adjacent parking running at premium event-night rates.
For Phillies Spring Training fans, BayCare Ballpark is just a few miles north in Clearwater — the complete gameday transportation guide covers parking and drop-off specifics at the ballpark. A sporting event charter bus drops your group at the venue entrance, handles the return trip when the final whistle blows, and means no one is stuck searching for their car across a full lot after extra innings. Call 727-627-0790 to get your gameday bus lined up!

Largo Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Largo wedding venues span everything from waterfront reception halls on the Intracoastal to inland ballrooms, and coordinating guest transportation between a hotel block, a ceremony venue, and a reception without a dedicated shuttle means asking your guests to navigate Pinellas County's street grid on a Saturday evening — and East Bay Drive and US-19 intersections after sunset are not kind to out-of-town guests who don't know the area.
A wedding shuttle runs clean loops from your hotel block to the ceremony and on to the reception, so nobody drives themselves, nobody is late for the first dance, and nobody leaves early because they're worried about the parking situation near Indian Rocks Beach or the Clearwater corridor. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right bridal party vehicle for the morning of the wedding itself. Minibuses handle smaller guest lists efficiently.
Full charter buses work well for large receptions with out-of-town guests flying into PIE or TPA. Call 727-627-0790 to get started before the date fills!

Largo Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Largo and the surrounding Pinellas Peninsula have a solid local brewery and craft bar scene, and a party bus is the cleanest way to work through it without anyone sitting out the fun. Barley Mow Brewing (360 Cleveland St, Clearwater, FL 33755) is a few minutes north on US-19. Dunedin Brewery (937 Douglas Ave, Dunedin, FL 34698) — one of Florida's oldest craft operations — is a short hop up Alternate 19.
Green Bench Brewing and Cycle Brewing in downtown St. Pete are both within 30 minutes south.
A winery tour and pub crawl bus means no one has to designate themselves the one who skips the tasting. The bus keeps the whole group together between stops, handles parking at every venue including the ones with no nearby lot on a Saturday night, and runs on your schedule rather than anyone else's closing time. Call 727-627-0790 to compare bus sizes and get your Largo brewery crawl planned!

Frequently Asked Questions About Largo Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options in Largo. Fill out the quote form or call to review pricing and available vehicles for your date, then choose the option that fits your group best.
What is Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com?
Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com is a comparison website for group transportation in Largo and across the Tampa Bay area. It lets you compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans through one online form — so you see multiple options and all-inclusive pricing side by side rather than tracking down each provider serving your area separately.
How does Clearwaterpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and where you're going — into the online form. You'll see available vehicles from bus companies serving the Largo area, with photos, amenities, and estimated pricing so you can compare options and move forward with the one that fits your group and your budget. You can also call 727-627-0790 any time to get help building out the right package for your specific trip.
How much does a party bus cost in Largo?
Pricing varies by vehicle size, date, and trip length. To give you a planning sense of the ranges: 15–20 passenger party buses typically run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour. The fastest way to get an accurate quote for your exact date and itinerary is to call 727-627-0790 — all-inclusive pricing is shown upfront with no hidden fees.
Check the party bus prices page for a full breakdown.
When is the best time to book a party bus in Largo?
At least three to six months ahead for any date that falls during a known demand spike. Phillies Spring Training in February and March drains the bus supply across Pinellas County for several weeks every year. Prom season in April and May for Pinellas County schools compresses demand into a tight window.
Summer beach weekends from June through August see consistent high demand. Outside those peaks, 2–4 weeks of lead time is usually workable — but the earlier you request your quote, the more vehicle options and better availability you'll find.
What size party bus do I need for my group?
Match the bus size to your actual headcount. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo or a 15-passenger party bus fits a small bachelorette or birthday group well. A 25-passenger party bus covers a medium-sized group with room for everyone to move around.
For proms, weddings, or corporate shuttles with 40 or more guests, a full-size charter bus with undercarriage luggage storage is usually the right call. Call 727-627-0790 for help matching a vehicle to your headcount and itinerary.
Can I book a one-way trip from Largo?
Yes — one-way trips, round trips, and multi-stop itineraries are all available through the network. Largo groups frequently book one-way transfers to Tampa International Airport (TPA), one-way concert runs to Amalie Arena or Tropicana Field, or custom multi-stop routes through Clearwater Beach, downtown St. Pete, and back. Mention your full itinerary when you call 727-627-0790 and the available options can be built around it.
Popular Largo Party Bus Destinations
Largo's bus itineraries can reach beach towns, concert venues, sports arenas, and parks across Pinellas County in under 30 minutes — and most of the best destinations come with real parking headaches that a bus removes entirely. Here are six popular stops for Largo groups.

Largo Central Park
Largo Central Park (101 Central Park Dr N, Largo, FL 34640) is a sprawling multi-use complex that anchors Largo's events calendar throughout the year. The park's amphitheater hosts outdoor concerts, the annual Largo Oktoberfest, community festivals, and seasonal events that regularly draw large crowds from across Pinellas County. Parking along Central Park Drive and the surrounding streets fills quickly once an event draws a crowd, and the residential blocks nearby are not overflow options.
A bus drop-off at the main park entrance on Central Park Drive keeps the whole group together and avoids the circling that frustrates late arrivals. Check the City of Largo events calendar for upcoming dates before you plan your trip.
Address: 101 Central Park Dr N, Largo, FL 34640

Largo Cultural Center
The Largo Cultural Center — now known as the Central Park Performing Arts Center (105 Central Park Dr, Largo, FL 33771) — is one of the premier performing arts venues in Pinellas County, hosting touring Broadway productions, comedy acts, orchestral performances, and community theater throughout the year. The venue shares the Central Park complex with park traffic, and parking on show nights — especially sold-out weekend performances — can be limited. A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance on Central Park Drive and returns at the end of the performance, so no one misses the opening act circling for a space and no one is stuck in a post-show lot jam on the way home.
Check the official Central Park Performing Arts Center site for current programming and upcoming events.
Address: 105 Central Park Dr, Largo, FL 33771 Phone: (727) 587-6793

Walsingham Park
Walsingham Park (12615 102nd Ave, Largo, FL 33774) is a 354-acre Pinellas County park built around Lake Seminole — one of the largest freshwater lakes in the county. Covered pavilions, boat ramps, nature trails, and picnic areas spread across the property make it one of the most popular spots in the area for family reunions, corporate picnics, church retreats, and large group outings. The main parking lot is generally sufficient for normal weekday visits, but pavilion reservations on summer weekends can fill the lot by mid-morning, leaving late arrivals to hunt for street parking nearby.
A charter bus keeps the whole group on one arrival and handles logistics between spread-out pavilion areas. Review the official Walsingham Park page to reserve a pavilion in advance.
Address: 12615 102nd Ave, Largo, FL 33774

Indian Rocks Beach
Indian Rocks Beach sits on the Gulf of Mexico directly west of Largo — roughly a 10-minute drive across the Belleair Causeway under normal traffic conditions. On summer weekends and during spring break, that same trip stretches well past 30 minutes as Gulf Boulevard (SR-699) backs up in both directions with beach traffic, and street parking on Indian Rocks Beach is limited, mostly residential, and actively enforced. A party bus from Largo drops the group at the Gulf Boulevard beach access with no circling for spots and no coordinated caravan through causeway congestion.
Everyone boards at the same pickup point when the beach day wraps — no one peeling off to find their own car. For summer Saturday dates, book early: availability moves fast once warm weather hits Pinellas County.

BayCare Ballpark
BayCare Ballpark (601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765) is the spring training home of the Philadelphia Phillies and sits less than five miles north of Largo. The Grapefruit League season runs February through March, and game days pack the ballpark's neighborhood with fans who fill the available lot and street space around Old Coachman Road fast. Premium parking lots near the entrance sell out in advance for marquee weekend games.
A bus drops your group at the main entrance and handles the return run after the final out — no premium lot charges, no post-game traffic crawl on Coachman. The complete transportation guide covers drop-off and parking specifics for the ballpark. Spring Training is a short booking window: buses fill in December and January for March dates.
Address: 601 N Old Coachman Rd, Clearwater, FL 33765

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE)
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (14700 Terminal Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762) is the closest commercial airport to Largo — roughly five to seven miles south via Roosevelt Boulevard — and handles flights on Allegiant, Sun Country, and several charter carriers. Its ground-level arrivals setup is more manageable than TPA's multi-level structure: baggage claim exits directly to the lower-level curbside pickup area. For groups of 10 or more traveling together, a bus transfer from Largo cuts out per-vehicle parking costs and the coordination of multiple car pickups.
The key rule at any airport: get the full group assembled with luggage before contacting the operator, since commercial vehicles cannot sit at the curb. Full pickup logistics are covered in the PIE airport transportation guide.
Address: 14700 Terminal Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33762
